Abstract:
During our session we will demonstrate how to transform your Microsoft System Center into a Business Service Management solution and how to optimize your Private Cloud with our Cloud Capacity solution for Hyper-V and VMware. We will also provide a sneak peek into the new features of Live Maps Unity, that we will unveil during TechEd Europe in Barcelona.

Description:
Live Maps Unity: Business Service Management for System Center
During this session we will demonstrate how to transform your Microsoft System Center into a plug-and-play Business Service Management solution. With Live Maps Unity you can map the dependencies between your business services and their underlying IT components and monitor the health of those services on intuitive and customizable dashboards. We will showcase how your company quickly can determine the impact and priority of a service disruption and assign it to the right team, all without the distraction of unrelated and low priority alerts. The resulting service quality improvements, together with easy maintenance and implementation, make Live Maps Unity the ultimate answer to your growing need for automated mapping of IT components to business services.

Cloud Reporter: Cloud Capacity Management for Hyper-V and VMware
During this part of our presentation we will show how you can prevent unplanned downtime and optimize hardware utilization in VMWare and your Microsoft Private Cloud. Cloud Reporter is an auditing, predictive capacity planning and virtual machine right-sizing solution for Hyper-V and VMware that natively integrates with System Center Operations Manager. It will help your IT department predict when and where resources such as memory, processors and storage will become exhausted, providing the visibility that your management demands. We will demonstrate how you can take preventative measures to identify idle or underutilized resources to reallocate, prolong their lifetime and avoid unnecessary hardware purchases.
